I don't want the person most likely to be responsible for nuclear annihilation thinking they will be safe from it all, and thereby having no incentive to keep it from happening.

Also, do these rich a-holes not realize that the people who can operate earth moving equipment and blast holes in the side of mountains will be above ground and really pissed off?
