The Virginia Constitution ordinarily requires a little bit of time for laws to come into effect. However, appropriations bills aren’t subject to these restrictions, and the legislature hasn’t yet passed its biannual budget bill. A modification of the judicial retirement age could be added to the next budget, which is due by June 30, and would come into effect upon passage.

I'm excited to see the nothing they actually do.

Democrats are breaking ground in the field of doing nothing. It's exciting just to watch them lace up and not go to work.

It's important to point out the contradictions, though. Little by little, people are radicalizing as the true depraved nature of the Democrats is laid bare.

Fun fact: the founder of Aspiration, the tree-planting startup (?) that famously paid Kawhi Leonard $48 million to do nothing, is a friend of the Clintons and a Democratic Party bigwig.

They'd always lose by a score of ~1,000 to zero - if they were a basketball team. They'd be trying to form bipartisan compromises from their seats.
