Gender affirming back pain
Owwie
Ah ... ah ... ah
You know, my boobs are pretty big and I havent had any of the back pain thats supposed to be associated with it, or that my sisters or mom complains about. I get back pain from doing poor lifts and transfers with patients, but nothing from just walking around or sitting while having decent boobs.
That's the key, I think. I've been a muscly factory worker for a while now and I don't really seem to deal with the back pain my sisters do, who all do mostly sit-down jobs.
I see. I'm not physically strong enough. Yeah. I'm not good with keeping up with my exercise schedule.
It's tough, if you're already hurting the last thing your brain wants is exercise.
My job forces it on me, dunno if I'd keep up without it tbh
I don't know why it's there but I literally can't focus on my work right now.
I'm at gender affirming running pain still
Oof, sorry
(By running pain do mean like, a chronic pain, or the pain you get from doing a run?)
No like my boobs bouncing. No back pain yet
That's also pretty fun!
