Hey, not your fault, its a bug in the software and i just have to manage it from my side to try and keep the instance as stable as possible. Fingers crossed its resolved quickly by the devs :)
Deleting probably wouldn't help (instances would need to fetch those comments again I think!) But really the bug shouldn't change how you interact with the fediverse, just something we have to temporarily work around!
thanks for the kind words! but my approach was ineffective, beyond just being a pain in the ass to deal with. sorry for that.
