Simplot IQF carrot disks, precooked burger patty with smoke flavor added, and something heavily oxidized, preformed, maybe chicken/turkey that is in the process of spoiling? The other tray is either shredded pork or beef, with textured soy protein added, and some of the worst tortillas ever created, stabilizers and who knows what else. All heavily processed.

That looks just like jailhouse chow. Lol.

I think the thing on the left is the beef/lamb gyro meat you can get from sysco but not at all cooked maybe
