I got my vial today. This is a tiny bottle. Itty bitty. It's EV, 20 mg/mL, 0.5mL weekly. I'm on anti-androgens still so I think the dosage amount is fine. Is weekly okay though? I thought EV was typically every 5 days due to shorter half life?
This is a good guide to hrt: https://pghrt.diy/
About EV: it has a short half life, so injecting once every 4-5 days is recommended, but your dose seems fine as well. I would shorten the injection cycle if you have symptoms of low E on injection days(headaches, tiredness, hot flushes, etc). If you do that, I would just inject 5mg each.
Are vomiting and diarrhea symptoms of low e? I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or a problem I need to adjust my schedule to solve. 4 mg/7 days
j k I think i was dehydrated and not eating
