Hey peeps,

Considering how frothingfash -ish the chuds have been lately, we're a couple steps removed from them claiming we're all witches that hexed the economy or something. I thought it might be a good time to get an updated thread going on anything to do with sourcing your HRT.

Be it through conventional means and if you've been having trouble with certain pharmacy companies, states (assuming you live in Burgereich), or insurance. Or grey market successes or failures, shipping times, reliability, etc. Or adventures in DIY!

Please share any news of what you're seeing and hearing on restrictions, blocks, or protections. Any new online stores or ones that are changing or closing?

Please include details and links, but do not share specifics that could doxx you. For instance, insurance may have a state name in it or a pharmacy may be a small regional chain.

Edit: also, any news to do with potential supply chain problems due to the war.

I'll put in my own diy contribution.

I've been doing those "stickies" for many months now. Some people have commented on how good my skin and hair looks. I'm noticing more changes to my face and body, but I'm still riding a low dose and haven't gotten blood work done. I'll share when I eventually get my panels done. I've gotten better at making them and I find that keeping them as dry as possible white still being workable is the key. I've got a little under 6 months left with just a handful of pills to make them. I'm planning to go grey market to stay off of my insurances radar because I'm extra paranoid.

Thinking about doing a really big order of pills soon so I have years worth.

I second the stickies! They've been way more effective than my prescribed estradiol pills, and last for waaay longer. After years of talking to my doc about my hormonal level crashing after 3-5h past intake (which didn't care), I had to try this one.

It seems like now my levels are finally normal (They used to be barely at the acceptable minimum, even when drawing blood 2h after having taking 4mg in the morning), and even after 5 years of HRT, the last few months have been the most gender affirming, and most transformative I've seen so far.

I used to have problems with face-fat distribution only working for some hours , no noticable breast growth over the past 3 years, emotional instability due to the fluctuation of hormones etc etc

I make the stickies with my anti-androgens mixed in, and they seem to help a good bit.

Details please! Have you worked out some kind of ratio to the mix?

Still figuring this out, but my most recent recipe includes 50mg (1 Palette) of Cyproterone, mixed in with 4x 2mg Estradiol, which adjusted to my needs give me about ~18-24 Days of Stickes. I just need a tad bit more Gum than the base recipe to keep it consistent.

I think I gotta mix a bit more of the blockers into the mix, but I already noticed that the Estradiol itself became more useful in blocking the residual testosterone. Still, the Anti-Androgens seem to make things more consistent, so I still take them, after 3 months of experimenting with none.

My old regiment, for reference:

Morning:
  • 2x 2mg Estradiol
  • 1/4 Cyproterone (12.5mg)
Evening:
  • 1x 2mg Estradiol

Both times to be consumed with, preferably fatty, meals.
