I still don’t get it, so… you could be worse.
A number followed by an exclamation point means multiplying it by each whole number below it until one.
3! = 3*2*1 = 65! = 5*4*3*2*1 = 12010! = 10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1 = 3,628,8003,628,800 seconds / 60 = 60,480 minutes

6 Weeks * 7 days * 8 * 3 (24) hours * 2 * 4 * 5 * 9 * 10 (3600 = 60²) seconds
The last one is a bit of a jump, but 9 * 4 is 36 and 10 * 5 * 2 is 100 so together it's 3600.
10!means ten factorial. So 10 * 9 * 8 * 7 * 6 * 5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1.It's a common math joke.
