True of many minimum wage jobs tbh. Show up on time, relatively sober, and give half a shit and you're a star employee. Depending on how the company is organized and how cool your immediate managers are you can get away with murder so long as you do your job most of the time
I just did this at nicer places and now im a chef. I kinda lucked/lied my way in tho
