In Chicago? This is barely simple battery. Our anti-fash young lad will be mostly fine with local charges, I think for something like this he could expect a deferred prosecution (a warning basically).
however, I half expect the feds to activate over this now that's its viral and try to slap him federal civil rights violation and hate crime charges over attacking one of their SS-kindersoldaten. But I have no doubt the DOJ will fuck up a case like that and he'll get some superstar lib lawyer so he'll walk in the end.
I don't even think he will get charged. I'm expecting at most symbolic suspension.
