He was cleaning a dank, unventilated, moldy attic over a period of several days immediately before his current health issue.
I believe the prions, the cancer and the mold are having a 3 way war inside his body like an RTS. The prions seem to going into Dark Templar, the cancer is going all in on banelings, while the mold has taken an expansion in the lungs to pump up Vespene gas income.
Black mold futures are looking up!
He got that Mr Burns shit where all the diseases are struggling to fit through the door but the mould infection just squeeeeezed though. Big ups for Mould.
