"we" as in those who demand better.

not we as in those who don't care.

I never said you have to do something. just that things don't get better that way...

I also loved the moved goal posts of "demanding you do something" to "implying".

you used the informal royal "we". as in "we the people". you said we start demanding better.

in that comment you are stating that we demand.

all I said there was things don't change unles leaders are made clear.

if that's demanding action out of you, sure. but I never once said you, specifically you ( or any individual), do anything.

if saying the only way things change is by demanding changes then yes, I guess I demanded something of you
