Maybe your child was being bullied for another reason. I myself have a name which is represented in the world by exactly 2 people, and I did not get bullied in the slightest. Also, I'm naming my future girlfriend. Not my child, I would never torture a soul by birthing it on earth.
Naming your future girlfriend? What does that mean?
My guess is that he is a DnD player that has to flash out the background of his character, so the DM can start using characters from his background.
Not OP, but I would guess their partner is transitioning and looking for a new name.
That did occur to me, but the phrasing of "future girlfriend" seemed a little off for that in the context of someone accepting and understanding. It would have the same vibes as when I hear boomers who are trying to be accepting but are just a little outdated when they say things like "back when [person] used to be a boy". Which it is my understanding is not generally the preferred way of speaking about it.
But I'm neither trans no currently close friends with anyone who is, so I'd love to be corrected if I'm wrong.
So yeah, I was thinking mainly the AI thing, which doesn't seem super healthy.

Individually, each of the girls is super sweet, thoughtful and considerate.
As a group it is all about fitting in and punishing any kind of non-conformity.
They are slowly learning, though.
This type of group dynamic seems not to be uncommon, I've been told.
Especially (but not exclusively) within girl groups.
Hence my earlier call for caution.
