When China says it is gonna do something like fulfill a treaty or a contract they actually fulfill it- but at what cost?
Not only do they fulfill it but they also exceed expectations with build quality. Compared to western shit which is often below the agreed upon minimum standards and you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get it there.
