Nobody has messed with the coloration of this photo? I refuse to believe this is real.

In all seriousness - I assume his face might be a bit more orangey burnt than the typically Trumpian orange and bruise was ripening in a contrasting way. But what makes the colors look even more odd is some kind of combination of bright lighting.
