By other agents, when a doctor presented and offered to help. They would not let the doctor through.

I like to think of it as commentary written not only to educate the dolt who made the dumb statement but also to set the record straight for other readers. (even though something tells me that level of stupidity is intentional or they're trolling...but i have a hard time understanding idiots ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
