Yeah, thats basically the gist of it. Trump most likely wants to avoid bad press or bad optics but I could also totally see an action like this backfiring, with Trump making an example out of Denmark. To basically show the other vassal states who owns them.

Now do I think that is gonna happen ? No . The USA will annex Greenland . The EU will write a strongly worded letter and thats the end of it.

I think the same too. I'd love to see the alternative happen though, I wonder how many eurolibs would understand their position though, or will they still envelope themselves in cognitive dissonance about the reality of their vassalage.

I will say I cant "really" predict Trump . Plus his state isnt really getting better there is a chance he just wants to be remembered (no matter how ) thats where the real fun begins but at that point we are in the realm of pure speculation. LIke theres a shot of us entering the cool zone but I really dont see it.
