Why those nazi terrorists aren’t being denied service everywhere they go is beyond me.
Probably because they're often not clearly identifiable as law enforcement, let alone ICE. ~~Can't~~ It's not good business to deny service just because they look the type that might be ICE.
Edit: People seem to be misunderstanding my intentions here. Businesses should totally refuse service to anyone clearly showing to be ICE or acting in a racist way. Fuck them.
I'm saying that it's not in their best interest to deny service to middle aged white guys / rednecks because they look like they might be in ICE. They'd go out of business.
They certainly can, law enforcement isn't a protected class. It might be bad for business, but nothing is stopping anyone from denying service to LEOs

Republicans have literally fought tooth and nail to be able to refuse service to anyone (in their case, LGBTQ people, disabled people, and black people) which absolutely can and should be used to the fullest extent against them.
My stance is fuck ICE, but not people who are possibly ICE. Judge people based on how they act and the message they send, not based on which race and age group they belong to
For what it's worth, I understood what you meant and am confused by their replies to you.
If they're going to stereotype people to detain them there's nothing wrong with stereotyping them back. It won't kill them to pack their own lunch.
Define the type? Middle aged white dude? Maybe fat, maybe not. Maybe bald. Maybe not?

Groups of white, bearded, men in sunglasses and baseball caps, walking around puffed up with authority. It's either ICE or cops, either way, fuck em.

I wasn't arguing the legality, just that it's not in their best interest to deny service to someone because they might be ICE. If they can clearly tell that the people who walked in are ICE or acting in a racist way, then deny away.
