Yea, they actually can. They can kick anyone out for any reason so long as it's not because they are a protected class.

I wasn't arguing the legality, just that it's not in their best interest to deny service to someone because they might be ICE. If they can clearly tell that the people who walked in are ICE or acting in a racist way, then deny away.
