I think señor galaxy brain is saying that these chuds get many, many, many more passes to do their tomfoolery. If it was a leftist mob storming the capital they'd get drone striked or machine-gunned before they even reached the front doors. For the chuds they get much more leeway and only got shot after they tried storming the last line of defense between them and congress

the rules are different for them and one overstepped. If they were serious about what they were doing they would've pushed forward because that secret service guy had very limited ammunition.
