i'd like to go to chongqing but it seems super intimidating, so china needs to make it easier for me to visit chongqing until that the PRC has failed
Reroll your character until you spawn in Chongqing. +50% spice tolerance, -50% stamina usage when climbing stairs, debuff to the ability to distinguish "L" and "N"/"F" and "H" when speaking, increased chance of skin irritation when visiting arid/dry biomes. If you spawn in Chengdu, close enough.
