What does it taste like? Is it good?

It's pretty good. Kind of like powdered mire poix
A salty, savory, vegetablely flavor, kinda hard to explain, I literally just call it "vegeta taste". It tastes pleasant to most palates but some people tend to put it everywhere and overdo it so there's a danger all your dishes are gonna start tasting the same.
no artificial flavours lol, only flavor enhancers. unless you uby vegeta natur
