Amphetamines can be legally prescribed and become a doctor-sanctionned addiction. It might be false or it might be true, since it's nothing out of the ordinary I assumed there must be something to it. Contrary to liberals I don't think drug addiction is a moral failure, unlike many other things he did and keeps doing
