The Sad Saps tape from the original Bioshock lives rent-free in my head. It speaks to the kind of mindset many people have about work and who does it. Worse is how those expectations (and their disenchantment) leaves the door open for counter-revolutionaries to seize on the resulting malaise for their own ends.
