Are we allowed to try and fundraise for surgery here, and if so is there a specific place where we are supposed to do that? Like, a mutual-aid thread for surgery or something?

yes, /c/mutual_aid is the place to do it but since its trans related i also recommend posting here too, you can link your thread in our mega or crosspost it here just in case people miss it. nbd
