i think killing terrorists hasn't been particularly effective

i think killing ceos is worth as long and high-budget of a try as was put into killing terrorists

A guy on a bike killing a CEO with a handgun is far more cost effective than firing a missile from a drone to kill one enemy combatant, costing probably hundreds of thousands. I'm sure both the dead CEO and this ghoul Democrat would appreciate that.
