Never mind the fact that Lemmy is predominantly american and that instances outside of the US haven't gotten downvoted for also not caring. I'm trying to say is that Americans downvoted me, and those who are not American upvoted me. Still--Don't care
Some people need social networks and a large number of users to create the bubbles of ideology they eventually become trapped in. Some people are capable of doing that all by their lonely self.
The irony of your comment is lost on you, and your country paid the price. You'd think that'd wake you up that you were a vocal minority all along.
But no. Even when all of these hidden trump supporters, who were fully masked, finally come out en masse to explain that they voted for him because of this safe-space echo-chamber attitude you guys adopt--You double down, even on foreigners like myself, who have no stake in any of this. Perhaps your country will improve when you start uniting instead of dividing.
