It's still a good political news podcast, but its moment was in 2016, when everybody thought for sure Hillary was gonna win. They were the perfect blend of incisive and ludicrous that nobody else talking about that election was.

I listened to one episode back when I started posting on r/cth and thought "woah this is so boring these people are cool but have bad taste" and then people campaigned for Bernie proving this bad taste
