Boy who cried wolf scenario, it's entirely possible that if they do actually put it into effect port authority and possibly even the states will just put out a thing saying to just ignore the feds.

And here I had a dream where I had to fight an old co-worker cause he got into a trailer I bought and wouldn't leave. Note it was like a moving trailer not a camping trailer. Anyways the whole situation resolved itself with me getting so pissed off that I pulled the pin on a white phosphorus grenade and made sure I was next to him. I woke up in a cold sweat and my cat was chewing on my big toe.

And beserkers chugged a cocktail of psychedelic mushrooms and Odin knows what else, they then went apeshit or went into a dream walk and bashed some Saxons skull in. Drugs have played important roles within various cultures and traditions through the millenia, so long as you aren't being an ass about it to the cultures it doesn't seem particularly relevant to what someone outside said traditions does with it.

Yeah I aint got that. That's what playing STALKER is for.

If guardsmen are have even an ounce of the pettiness that Vietnam vets have I can garunfuckingtee you that they will drag their feet till they forge a new canal. So while they may technically tolerate a tonne of bullshit they will probably be more of a pain in the ass than anything else, soldiery have been the backbone of malicious compliance for millenia. So while they may not desert they will certainly make whoever is above them wish they would, or at least the person actually trying to be an authoritarian asswipe so it's entirely possible it's just hegseth having to deal with under caffeinated guardsmen who are harassing him about hyper specific bullshit every five seconds because they will make sure every form is filed and followed to the letter.

Hard to say without digging up when different places adopted it but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised.

I've heard that some food joints would offer military discounts back when people were figuring out how bad Vietnam was especially with how many vets were coming back broken and homeless. Theres at least one place near me that's had a veterans discount as far back as '78, they also let folks camp out in their parking lot since it was a bit bigger to accommodate the firetrucks since they were in a more central location than the fire station at the time.

Rambling aside, veterans discount started out as a way to help conscripted veterans during and after the fustercluck that was Vietnam and then was hijacked at some point.

Manufactured under such circumstances just means that it's been altered in such a way that nature is either unlikely to or unable to. It's not so much as it's at odds so much as they are two distinct processes one is the simple mechanism of the universe doing its thing while the other is a mind inflicting it's will, while life may be a consequence of thermodynamics we can still tell a burrow from aeons past from a simple rock which the wind has blasted through.

Also this is a matter of philosophy which has the potential of causing first fights amongst anthropologists. Which is what makes it fun. Also there is probably no good answer since it is as much derived from an individuals world view than anything else.

Hatsune Miku is capable of possessing the Decepticon Soundwave so she is very much not natural.

Also I would personally consider things created by creatures in the animal kingdom to be unnatural by default. With a further breakdown between naturalistic vs manufactured, with naturalistic being for example an anthill while manufactured would be for example a biface.

Natural biological processes such as breathing, pissing, and shitting are natural though.

There is a rather simple solution to that. You only need one eye after all.

Everyone looks annoyed except Stalin who is just happy to get to wear his rhino costume.

That's missing quite a bit of nuance when it comes to these things. Cults and cult dynamics are an entire field of historical and anthropological study that deserves the respect of nuance. While I'll be the first to call the Mormons cultists saying all religions are cults kinda misses the nuance of high control religion (cults) vs low control religion (Universalists for example) wherein you increase the threat of one while decreasing the threat of the other for no gain.

While you can hold the opinion that all religions use cult dynamics for control something which I agree with, without the nuance base you just come across as an ass. For example plenty of folks see the Seventh Day Adventists as being just another flavor of semi bog standard Christianity right up until you point out that at least some of them practice shunning, also they keep tight social control over their members. The nuance and explanation is what solidifies their threat to those unaware.
