Why do it the easy way, when you can do it the fun way?

Interestingly, I didn't even notice the outage... I guess most of my workflows avoid AWS. That's nice to know.

Colder air also takes up less volume relative to warmer air, therefore exerting less outward pressure. So, if you haven't aired up since July, it's entirely possible that the lower temperatures alone can cause this light to come on.

Chicken:

chicken thighs, boneless 4 (1 lb)
salt 5g (a sprinkle)
whole cloves ~5
cumin seeds 5g (a spoonful)
dried oregano 2g (a sprinkle)
black pepper 20 cranks (a spoonful)
garlic 3 cloves
lemon juice 1/4 lemon
mayonnaise 30g (2 spoonfuls)

White sauce:

mayonnaise 100g (2 parts)
greek yogurt 50g (1 part)
white vinegar 10g (a splash)
lemon juice 1/4 lemon
black pepper 10 cranks (a sprinkle)
dried oregano a sprinkle
smoked paprika a sprinkle
salt to taste

Pickled onion:

Red onions 2 (sliced in thin batards)
Serranos 4 (quartered) 
Water 1 cup
Vinegar, apple cider 1 cup
Salt 1 Large pinch

Hummus:

Garbanzo beans 2 cans
Aquafaba 3/4 of the liquid from 1 can of garbanzo beans
Cumin seeds 5g (a spoonful)
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Tahini 1/2cup
Salt 2-3 large pinches (to taste)

Jalapeno lime refried black beans with mozzarella, onion, cilantro, avocado crema, and hot sauce

This is the hot sauce. And, yes, that's Dexter Holland from The Offspring on the label.

I used up the rest of the ingredients from my chimichanga, so these are made with honey chipotle chicken thighs, avocado lime crema, and quick-pickled onions and serranos (made with apple cider vinegar)

The filling is honey chipotle marinaded chicken thighs with reaper-jack cheese. Topped with cilantro, onion, and a homemade avocado lime crema
