Dynamic pricing is pretty rude! The product hasn't changed, so why should it cost different prices for different people? It's just sneaky and dishonest.
Is it real though? He said he was dealing with them in the vaguest way possible with no facts about who he was dealing with or what for, and then Iran said they weren't dealing with him. I'm not sure I would believe anything he says.
