How do you lay off your entire visual development team? Doesn't bode well for the movies. These are the people that create the whole visual look and style of your movie - and in many cases, contribute to the scripts with visual inspiration as well. Shame Disney!
they fired the guy who did the Loki concept art... in a conference room papered with his work.
how do they do it? a complete disregard for their company history, the art form, and any semblance of a human soul, I'd guess.
