Das Unternehmen redet das Problem auch total klein, "nur geringfügig unterbesetzt", emails die durch EDV Fehler nicht bei den Zeitarbeitern ankamen, Heimleiter die vergessen haben ihr Diensthandy aufzuladen. Echt unter aller Sau.

Ich meine dass das so ist weil im Fall von Temu, Wish, AliExpress etc der Endkunde auch gleichzeitig Importeur ist. Dementsprechend wäre der Kunde selbst zuständig für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, macht aber halt niemand. Als importeur haftet der Kunde übrigens auch für Schäden die durch unsichere Produkte entstehen.

Wegen Zoll: Man darf kleine Pakete im Wert von bis zu 150 Euro zollfrei verschicken und empfangen. Weil es keinen Zwischenhändler gibt, und die Kunden quasi nie über 150 Euro ausgeben, muss Temu keinen Zoll zahlen.

Naja, echte Verwechslungsgefahr sehe ich auch bei den Milka-ähnlichen Verpackungen nicht. Der Tony's Schriftzug ist ja in einem anderen Font und gut lesbar. Da muss man schon beide Augen zudrücken. Aber rechtlich gesehen ist es sicher problematisch.

Ich verstehe sowieso nicht warum das so lange dauern soll. Großküchen schließen doch bestimmt keine 25 jährigen Verträge ab, die sie daran binden welche Gerichte serviert werden können?

15 minute cities do exist, just not in the US. Admittedly, the concept doesn't always work for work related commutes, because some businesses just need lots of infrastructure away from residential areas. But there are plenty of cities where grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, doctors etc. are within biking or walking distance.

Yep, that makes a lot of sense. Making an entire character can take quite long, so I try to do it outside of group sessions especially with new players, but some aspects should be talked through with the group.

A session zero is basically a meeting where the DM and players talk about what kind of campaign they will play, the setting, whether the game will be more combat or RP heavy, whether it will be serious or humorous, topics or themes they'd rather avoid and those they'd like to explore, and maybe a bit about the player characters and how they fit into the story. It's a good chance to get to know the other players and see whether you're a good fit for the group.
