Already bought most of the electronics and other imported goods I plan on needing in the coming months. Not from Amazon when I can avoid it.

It'll be more like hidden fees that you don't see until you're placing the order, I bet.

Third richest man in the world with $215Bn can probably afford to pay for all of Amazon's tariffs for years if he actually wanted to, but I doubt he will.

If the apps don't work without network access and they don't have an obvious need for network access, then I don't want them on my phone. If that's the case, then either app is poorly made or it is being used to spy on people with unnecessary telemetry.
