Trumps problem is that whoever gets fingered might have receipts of their own.

Maybe, they’ll just release names of people who are already dead and hope anyone they left behind can’t prove anything or won’t try.

ZIP codes represent USPS carrier routes. They don’t—and were never meant to—signify a place. Just because people have misused them over the years doesn’t make it right to legislate changes to a system that is meant to organize mail delivery.
