In Germany we had 74 transport related child deaths for the whole last year, 31 of them where in cars. Yes, the US has a larger population than Germany. But, like, four times larger...
ETA: Though I'm not sure where the number 10 is coming from. I can't find it in the linked study and the graph suggests a lower number per ~~year~~day.

Das ist ohne jegliche Zahlen dahinter, aber rein vom Bauchgefühl würde ich sagen, die durchschnittliche Zahl an Pushups, die eine Frau hinkriegt, ist gerundet 0. Klar, mit gezieltem Training geht das und manche Frauen schaffen dann viele. Aber so aus dem Nichts...
Aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen: Das gute daran, auf einem niedrigen Niveau zu starten, ist, dass man dann am Anfang echt schnell Fortschritte sieht.

I've been there. Als ich in einer winzigen Einzimmerwohnung gewohnt hab und keinen Platz für eine dauerhafte Sportmatte hatte, hab ich mich deshalb manchmal einfach auf den Teppich gelegt, um ein paar Übungen zu machen. Manchmal hab ich auch nicht viel gemacht und bin dann einfach nur ein bisschen da gelegen. Auch okay. Man darf sich da nicht zu viel Druck machen ("Jeden Tag x Minuten"), sondern mal mit einer Übung anfangen und wenn man dann schon angefangen hat, geht manchmal auch noch eine zweite usw. Oder vielleicht ein bisschen dehnen. Und manchmal halt nicht.
Gibt es bei Jobrad nicht auch Vorgaben für das Schloss, damit die Versicherung greift? Ich meine, das mal gehört zu haben.
Mein Nicht-Jobrad E-Bike sichere ich mit einem Faltschloss, find das ganz praktisch. Aber keine Ahnung, ob das den Anforderungen einer Großstadt genügt

We have Schöffen that supposedly bridge the gap between 'the people' and the court. That's a slightly different system though and they only participate in like 10-15% of court cases iirc.
