There's 2 funny things about Persona 4: 1) it's so homophobic that it makes you forget about the more or less casual sexism inherent to every games Hashino writes for; 2) all its fans defending it when it comes to the aforementioned points, cuz you see, it comes from le conservative Nihon, and is quite daring for the country. Dudes, Persona 2 exists and came out in 1999...

Why stop at the brits ? Send them back to Spain, Germany, France, etc... Imagine the big week of silence on Hexbear because 90 percent of its user base is too busy migrating 🤣

Americans don't deserve anyone being nice to them

Figures, you can't spell Libération without lib. That reminds me of their affiliated video games podcast, Silence on Joue, which has an Israeli host that said on their Discord, in essence, that you can't make a Hamas omelette without breaking Palestinian eggs to justify the current genocide.

C'mon, don't say that, they'll surely release P3R: Eat Your Dead Edition with FeMC (featuring Dante from Devil May Cry) in 3 years or something. Well, she still won't be playable, but you'll be able to add her to your harem, rejoice!

Archive.org is always your friend for Mame roms: https://archive.org/download/mame-merged/mame-merged/

And to make the abbreviated roms' name intelligible, I recommend this site: https://mame.spludlow.co.uk/

I LOVE D&D Tower of Doom. Even owned a 2-player arcade cabinet of it at one point.

I've also lost many hours to 1943, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, and Virtua ACAB 2.

It's not glorious to admit, but seeing how you, the ebil tankies (honestly not how I saw you, but I was suspicious about many things), were right about this, I actually took the time for once to verify what I was previously waving away as some kind of exaggerations or distortions of truth. The "click" was violent enough for that. Shame on my previous lack of curiosity...

To mention a big chunk, realizing that NATO, which I still saw as a force of good despite some fuck-ups, was a complete lap-dog of the U.S. and, among other kind things, had its fingerprint on far-right terror attacks perpetrated in my country was quite a shock.

That reminded me of r/rabm, that I used plenty to keep track of the nazis and get some good recommendations. To my surprise, there's a 2 years old Lemmy community for it: !rabm@lemmy.ml

It's in dire need of activity, but it exists.

This is acktshully quite an apt comparison! In parallel with the ""resumption"" of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the media omit to mention that the war didn't start with the attack on Buenos Aires, but with the establishment of colonies in the bugs' space. They are just as much otherized (in the movie, by their obvious non-human nature), and we're fed daily with apologetic propaganda for their eradication by any means necessary. If you can refine that, I think that's worth mentioning to him.
