There is no way a regular user will switch to Linux. And that is comming from me, who is an advocate for Linux desktop daily driver.

Getting to bed with my wife. Laying with dimmed lights for a while and then pretending to sleep together. Whenever my wife is not home and I sleep alone I tend to prolong my time on phone and then have difficulty falling asleep.

Are you me? My wife is planning things, then not telling me about it and it still feels spontaneous to me. Win win situation.

If there is something you can do today, leave it for the day after tomorrow. And now you have one free day!

I am looking for abstraction layer to hide DB internals. I am not looking for a frontend for DB, but for a "web app" which is only the DB itself. Like I said, I am not even sure something like that exists.

Hello, I am looking for a FOSS frontend for simple DB app.

Use case:

  • Let's have a simple DB in MySQL
  • I want the user to be able to browse via views
  • Create new inserts via some forms

Does something like that exist?

EDIT: Thanks all for suggestions, looks like what I am looking for is just a regular web app however simple I might think it is, there is near 0% chance I can just grab something off the internet and use it in this case.

That's scary but at the smme time super cool. I mean kudos to the thieves, they did the hard work apparently.

In the east EU I am paying 4,66EUR monthly for HBO Max service, which we share in 5 households. That is under 1EUR for each household. I will gladly pay that instead of downloading whatever already is on HBO Max.

It does show you more relevant results based on your query, withou doing any guessing about what you might have meant by it. That being said, sometimes I use Google to search for something when DDG is giving me bad results. But overall I would recommend, it's muxh more better experience with the results I am seeing. I have tried Bing for a while as well, but it was thinking too much instead of just showing me the results.

I for example loathe every time I need to do some kind of file transfer for my wifes iPhone, and I have a macbook from work.

Just let me open the phone and do my thing. No, you have to have everything in sync everywhere.
