Am I ever so glad that I stopped using Youtube before all the history and medieval creators went mask off in their fascism. It still hurts my soul that I at some point actually watched videos by people like him or Shad Brooks before I got politically literate.

Ive never used it so I cant vest for its quality but I have heard Photopea as an alternative for Photoshop in the past. It being webbased shohld also mean that it will work well on linux
I guess it depends on where you are but where I live it is mostly due to a lot of elitism and gatekeeping. I (20) semirecently went to a show at a youth center (I think that is what its called in english as well) and chatted a bit with one of the workers afterwards. Sbe told me how younger and especially "less punk" people oftentimes are disliked by the oldheads who then also bemoan the death of the local scene.
Another factor probably also is the accessibility. Young people are from what I've seen more used to big concerts by acts they already know and listen to. And most of the well known punk bands formed in the 80s and 90s who often don't even exist anymore or are so old and famous that they charge mainstream prices for the tickets.
Why the fuck would they call themselves third way? Thats the name of a Nazi party where I live. Couldnt get more subtle than that, huh?
Not sure how it is with your meds in particular but they usually have an immediate effect on ones health or one that you don't even notice until you have made it a habit.
My partner's anxiety meds/ sedatives (I am not sure under which category it falls more under as I don't know the specific effects) knock him oht if he consumes even a bit of alcohol while it is in his bloodstream so he can't even drink a glass of beer without almost immediately slumping over unsconscious.
But stuff like that is the exception so you probably don't have to worry too much.
