I wonder if it would be possible to extend the capabilities of the software to triangulate the location of a a Stingray or other false tower with a few more of those devices working in concert in the same area.

No Home App after OS 10 Update: Series 4 (lemmy.ml)
 

I wear my Stainless Steel Series 4 to bed. After updating to watch OS 10, I noticed it would not accept Siri commands for my HomeKit accessories.

I only wear it to bed, so I just chalked it up to an early bug and ignored it.

After loading each update between 10.0 and 10.1, the issue has persisted.

When opening the Home app on the the watch, it would just show the clean energy info at the top of the display and at the bottom it would indicate I haven’t set up any home accessories (I have tons, and they all work on my Ultra Watch and all other devices).

So, I decided to erase all content and setting and set up as new.

Now, the Home app isn’t even installed on the Watch, and does not appear in the list of apps in the Watch app on my phone.

I didn’t notice anything about HomeKit or Home app support being discontinued or unsupported in Watch OS 10 on older models.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
