Why does Foto's have an apostrophe?
I'm not an expert but probably because it's Dutch
Plural of words ending with a vowel (except "e") uses the apostrophe.
Only if it's a short 'e', if the pronunciation is long, you do use an apostrophe.

A couple days before they posted this, someone posted headlines from around the world when Hitler died. All of them looked really official and then in Dutch it's "Hitler so dood" (Hitler is dead). Such a silly looking language for English speakers.
