As a visual learner I prefer the Finnster standard reference sample

[-] celeste@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 6 months ago

Thank you so much for this. Finnster is gender!

"being a girl is a low pressure state" πŸ€“πŸ€‘

[-] stebo02@lemmy.dbzer0.com 21 points 6 months ago

no but girls are just hotter

[-] match@pawb.social 11 points 6 months ago

obviously girls are hot AND high pressure, they should be between boy and man

My doctor and I review this when I go in to check my T and E levels every few months

[-] flicker@lemmy.world 31 points 6 months ago

Women are completely unrepresented for some reason.

[-] optissima@lemmy.ml 29 points 6 months ago

I hope we figure out why this keeps happening πŸ˜”

[-] pixeltree@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 6 months ago

I didn't make it, but studying this empirically I can say that if I made it based off of my experiences women would still be missing cause I still haven't quite figured out how to feel like one yet 😐

[-] flicker@lemmy.world 1 points 6 months ago

I don't think you can claim to be an objective scientist and also claim that data you haven't personally experienced is invalid.

What a remarkably self-centered worldview.

I hope you get to feel that someday of that's what you want but discounting an entire population that way is... not cool.

[-] pixeltree@lemmy.blahaj.zone 9 points 6 months ago

Relax, it's a self deprecating joke about feeling invalid

[-] flicker@lemmy.world 3 points 6 months ago

I'm sorry I don't find it funny when I say "women are missing" and someone's reply is, "but I wish I was one." You suffering is not funny to me. You changing the topic to your experience isn't funny to me.

And if there's one thing I really don't like, and I think most people wouldn't enjoy, it's being told to relax. I understand you don't like that I didn't find your joke funny, but I'm allowed to feel however I want. Just like you are.

[-] Feathercrown@lemmy.world 7 points 6 months ago

I know people hate being told to relax but wow sometimes it is warranted.

[-] flicker@lemmy.world 2 points 6 months ago

I know caring about things isn't cool. I know expressing honest annoyance is super not cool, but this is Lemmy, so I decided to be genuine.

[-] Feathercrown@lemmy.world 3 points 6 months ago

I wouldn't say that making a joke about something is mutually exclusive with caring about it.

This was an edited version of my original comment which I figured would've gotten me a bunch of hate.

"Yet again, women don't exist at all to the people obsessed with femboys."

[-] ProgrammingSocks@pawb.social 6 points 6 months ago

Well, considering women aren't real that makes sense.

[-] ghen@sh.itjust.works 3 points 6 months ago

Men can only exist if they keep their cool, and even then it's hypothetical

[-] Szyler@lemmy.world 25 points 6 months ago

Shouldn't it be the other way? The gender staying a girl under boy conditions, until given a shock to then become a boy?

If you go from girl to boy without changing temperature, you are moving horizontally from right to left, crossing the boundary from girl to boy, but without nucliation sites the transition does not occur.

Same with water going left stays water until given a shock to become ice by changing temperature to be supercooled past the transition line.

[-] Whar@beehaw.org 16 points 6 months ago

Where do tomboys fall in this chart?

[-] jlow@beehaw.org 17 points 6 months ago

And women. Maybe negative pressure aka not pictured here?

[-] LordAmplifier@pawb.social 13 points 6 months ago

idk about this chart, but they could fall into my arms if they want to πŸ‘‰πŸ‘ˆπŸ₯Ί

[-] stebo02@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 6 months ago

the critical point obviously

[-] BluesF@lemmy.world 10 points 6 months ago

We seem to be missing a key gender here

[-] pixeltree@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 6 months ago

I didn't make it, but studying this empirically I can say that if I made it based off of my experiences women would still be missing cause I still haven't quite figured out how to feel like one yet 😐
