Halimede is a character for the visual novel Heaven Will Be Mine. There's a Twitter account where one of the developers larps as her: it's a trans woman pretending to be a cis lesbian chaser for a bit.

oh damn I didn't know the account was a trans woman pretending to be a cisles. I jus saw them all the time on Twitter and thought she was just a really big cisf chaser
