At this point it's on the Democratic Party for never calling them out on the obvious. The GOP is so openly corrupt, disgusting and straight up retarded but the Dems continue to normalize it by not saying jack shit about any of it. They would rather focus all their ire and attention on "the radical left" in their own party.
Yep, Ive gotten a lot of harsh words for being more critical of the democratic party than the Republicans. But at this point it's like people being mad at hyenas for killing and eating a child at the zoo.

In Canada I’d like to see a no more than 20% foreign ownership rule, event that is too high. The media is such a weapon that it is be a national security concern that is bizarrely overlooked.

The right figured it out. It’s not even about just the media too. Left leaning places like Reddit have the rights message plastered on the front page 247 via snarky tweet replies not realizing that all publicity is good publicity. Someone on the left needs to figure out how to amply a left wings vision onto every platform every hour of every single day.

This is precisely how it will go and the right and corpo Dems will beat this drum hard if there are a significant amount of progressive leaning members in congress. Wars don't get rid of debt, they have a terrible return on investment, especially when you factor in opportunity cost. The guns vs butter model figures this out after WW1 and everyone still ignores it.
