I haven't used substack, but I've never heard any negative discourse about it either. A lot of Nazis on there I guess?

Does he think he's owning us with this? I honestly couldn't give a fuck what Americans name the lake. Nobody outside of America is going to call it that, he's not emperor.

I don't think the Steam Machine will light the world on fire in the same way as other Valve products. It's a pretty poor value proposition due to market factors outside of their control.

What's the expert opinion on using Stremio with the extra add-ons for streaming? Seems a little too easy and convenient to be true.

I can't help but wonder what they get out of it, and how safe it is. Am I overthinking it?

How the hell does anyone look at the state of far-right politics globally and think 'I want that for my country'?

They would just blame it on Biden, duh.

I've used Qobuz for years and have zero complaints.

This is not intended as a political post, hopefully its allowed. What are some charities I can donate to that are reputable, and will use the proceeds to help civilians in Gaza?

I'm trying to move away from buying so many things online instead of supporting local. What are some local businesses you folks suggest? Where have you had a great customer experience in the HRM?

Restaurants suggestions and that sort of thing are welcome as well, but I'm mostly interested in finding local alternatives to online stores like Amazon and big chain stores like Walmart.

Foggy but kind of pretty too?

Voyager has been great so far - thanks for the great app. However, one issue I run into involved using voyager on desktop. Its perfectly usable, but the browser version looks a little awkward as the layout is cantered and narrow; typical for a mobile layout.

Just wondering if there are any plans to add a dedicated desktop layout, or else to add further appearance customization so that users can edit the layout to match their needs. The official lemmy web app is completely broken for me (no idea what changed) so this change is all I'd need to become a voyager user across all devices. Thanks!
