I'm not super into anime and manga, but my sons are. Some of the stuff I've watched with them was really good: Brotherhood, Castlevania, Grand Blue, that one cooking school one where everyones cloths fly off when they eat something tasty, Helsing abridged...

...But Your Name nearly made me cry and gave me an existential crisis for a month.
