In Spanish, the most common male gender ending is -o, and the most common female gender ending is -a, so when you want to include both you can use the "@", as in "hola chic@s" (hi girls/boys). I always liked it, but only works for written language.
Either that, or you can just go to the diminutive and say "hola chiquis" (hi little girls/boys) which is not gendered. I use it constantly in spoken language.

A lot of "Woke" concepts got imported via the internet or academia, so the word for them is just the English word.

It's funny because we will sometimes have a local variant on this. Like we technically have an equivalent of queer. But it is not reclaimed. It is still very much offensive. So instead of the local word being reclaimed we just use the English word, and the local words just stay slurs.
This also goes for other words that can be used positively by other minority groups.

russian is very not woke. Nouns have gender and verbs in the past tense do as well, so good luck being nonbinary. I suppose you could try using neuter but thats also what phobes do to dehumanize and I feel iffy trying to reclaim it.
kazakh is a lot better since theres only third person pronoun and gender does not exist as a grammatical category. Everyones nonbinary by default!
Also like the other comment said a lot of woke words are just imported from english. Some are understood by a wider audience, but most only if ur in the know.

I make it a point to read radical texts in each language I speak in order to have the vocabulary necessary to discuss such topics if I should choose to.
Yeah but not just woke language. Large part of my in person exchanges are in English too and I often struggle for words in my native language.
edit: I guess with regards to gender woke language my position might be somewhat controversial in German. I think the efforts are misguided. It's either making the language more binary or less pronounceable. Personally my proposal that I haven't anyone else bring forward is to actually introduce a masculine form rather than continue treating the neutral form as masculine and trying to come up with new inclusive (to varying degrees) forms.

The glottal stop in *innen is barely even audible if you are normal about it. I know chuds do the boomer cringe thing where they sound as if they have a hickup when they are forced to pronounce it, but glottal stops already exist in all kinds of German words, if you can pronounce Spiegelei normally you can also say Genoss*innen without sounding awkward. There is also zero evidence that using gender neutral spellings like that make German less readable. If people would actually care instead of using this as a strawman there would be thousands of other things to simplify about German first, especially any official government, administrative or legal text is deliberately unreadable garbage. That is not changed one bit when you force every government institution to misgender nonbinary people, that is changed by demanding these ink pissers to write in simplified German, which would actually be possible and a fun re-education exercise.
BTW the -y suffix is even easier than the *innen one, tho i'm not personally a fan of that.
