Time to make like a medieval peasant and chug a glass of crisp, cool cider vinegar

Have you tried powdered lemon juice/rind? It's pretty good actually

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 3 points 2 months ago

any other citrus fruits in the house? Mexican limes are pretty good in water too imo if you have some? Maybe try adding yellow skittles to iced water it's probably the same.

Lime sounds good too, but I'm out of all fruit

I love lemon water, but my love for it comes in phases so I keep a big bottle of pure lemon juice in the fridge, it never goes bad.

This way I can have my lemon water when lemon water era comes around again.

Get some powdered citric acid and you'll never have to worry about running out. A little of that, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar shaken up in a bottle of water and you get something very similar.

A cold brewed sumac tea with a dash of citric acid and sugar is also very good.
