What assets of Roku’s could possibly be worth 22B?

Their streaming sticks and TVs. They are basically electronic billboards in people’s living rooms. When you turn them on, the main menu has ad space.

Now FOX can run whatever ads (political or otherwise) that they want to on all of these TVs.

Roku also takes a screenshot of anything you watch and sends it back to a centralized server.

Remember when you were the product only if it was free? Now it's pay to be the product.

The deal gives Fox access to Roku’s own channel, its first-party data and a “direct relationship” with more than 100 million households.

Their customer list. (Of which I am one. Can’t wait to start getting crap from fox.)

Valuations are a multiple of EBITDA, and their multiple went up when they posted almost 30% YoY growth in revenue last quarter.

Just in time for buying 2 Onn 4k streaming devices and installing projectivity launcher to eventually replace all my rokus. Working well so far.

This gives them access to my home entertainment center for the time between their $22,000,000,000.00 payment and the very moment their first FOX anything appears on my screen.

I gave up TV because of them. I'm not afraid of giving up Roku.
