Not reading it, but easily assumed it'd have, at minimum, lead and asbestos, based on the age.
Lead and zinc are a given, if the rubble contains anything that was painted before the 1970's. Government contractors used lots of leaded paint, white paint esp.
Roof flashings could be made of lead as well.
Oh, most definitely for a building of that age.

It's actually a national park with ~20 dollar tee fees. If you're going to access the game for cheap anywhere it would be places like this. Until Trump sells it to his buddies or builds a giant dick monument at any rate.

True. Golf courses are famously meticulously quarantined environments where large-scale toxic waste would never leak out into the surrounding environment. I totally forgot too that "golf course" and "wildlife habitat" were both mutually exclusive and the only options for toxic waste disposal.
I'm pretty sure most golf courses are already mostly toxic pesticides and fertilizer anyway. And full of toxic people
